It's frustrating, and feels impossible to change, but it's not.
Those pattens haven't changed because there is something unhealed you may not even realize is there...
and when you work with some of the latest "fixes" or trends for making changes this only solves the problem temporarily. Then when that same pattern happens again you just feel worse.
You may have tried one of these...
Manifestation.
A powerful skill, but if you finally get what you want through manifestation before you heal the root cause of why you didn't have it before... you usually end up losing it again.
Affirmations.
Mantras bring temporary relief because you repeat them and change your thoughts or behavior as long as you keep it up, but those icky feelings are still under the surface causing you pain.
Mind and Body Healing.
My number one recommendations for calming the nervous system and understanding your spirit are energy and body work, gratitude practices, and working with trained spiritual healers of any kind you resonate with, but treat them as a complement rather than a replacement for having a well trained coach.
What I do as a coach is help you discover why similar patterns or thoughts continue to show up (or loop) for you, causing emotional responses or actions that are affecting your life today.
I don't tell you what to do. I help you see into your blind spots and focus on how to become aware of what caused them, bring light to different perspectives, and shift what you want to shift.
I am on a mission to help you finally find peace, realign to who you want to be, how you want to work, and what you want to do with your time and energy in this world.

For decades, I shaped my life around the needs and expectations of others, often losing sight of who I truly was and what my heart was calling me toward. I know the frustration of feeling stuck and the emptiness of disconnection.
I had dreams of what I wanted to create for my future but the same patterns kept repeating. I didn't know how to stop the loop and build a future from where I was. I didn't know my soul purpose.
Today, having uncovered the root causes of why I was in that loop, and rediscovering my authentic self, I am committed to guiding others onto their unique path to finally feeling like their true selves again.
My mission is to help you break free from what is limiting you and to step confidently into the life you were meant to live.
