For decades, I shaped myself to fit in to work environments that never seemed to be an exact match for what I wanted to do as a career.
I know the frustration of feeling stuck, not knowing who had the right advice for me, which course to take next, or what training I should seek so I could finally find the right job.
What I needed to do was become an entrepreneur.
I gained true clarity on how I wanted to develop my business by working with expert coaches and consultants.
During this time of business development, self-reflection was a necessity because I didn't know what I wanted my business to be, let alone what steps to take so I could get it started.

Are we going to talk about setting up websites or other technology in the Aligned Business Accelerator?
No. The Aligned Business Accelerator is for the deep dive into what you want to create, who you want to serve, break through where you've been stuck, and ask questions about starting a business or making a bold change.
Can I do just one private session with you?
To get the most out of private coaching sessions and have the best opportunity for lasting results, I only offer coaching sessions in a series rather than one at a time.
